Civil Engineering (SPX)

Job Description:

• Perform feasibility assessments of warehouse inspections.
• Inspect the in-process of the warehouse by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Inspect site works as per the drawings.
• Documents inspection results by summarizing the list of repair and renovation.
• Track project progress and reporting on results.
• Design and create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
• Perform engineering calculations on structural analysis.
• Assess potential risk
• Create presentation
• Work cross function with the Expansion team to deliver the best quality of property and advise if there are any issues.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a valid engineering license.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD programs.
• Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.
• Proficient in design and calculation software.
• Travel to job sites is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
