Channel Sales Manager

Job Description



Recruitment Background: Add The talented Channel Sales Engineer of security inspection products line (WTMD, X-ray baggage scanner, EAS product etc.) employee we seek will lead the development and execution of the sales strategy for the Traditional and Emerging Markets Plumbing Channels. You will execute marketing programs that increase revenue for plumbing channels. Responsible for the development and management of channel partners.
Responsibility:
1. Channel strategy management
a. To develop channel strategy, channel service support
b. To implement the channel strategies and adjust the strategies according to the actual demands
c. To dynamic monitor the major competitors and industry trends.
2. Channel relationship management and maintenance
a. To provide sales and technical support resources, products, etc.
b. To communicate with customers and collect feedback of market information timely, and put forward opinions and suggestions
c. To joint operate with channel customers and promote product sales
d. Always keep a variety of ways of communication with customers and maintain the regional key account customers.
3. Channel relationship development
a. To implement sales and marketing missions according to the marketing plan
b. To actively look for new channel cooperation targets, and carry on the qualification and analysis
c. To draw up cooperation plans and communicate with customers in order to develop the relationship with channel customers.
4. Completion of sales targets
a. To convey the company's products and sales policy to customers
b. To actively strive for the customer order and achieve sales target
c. To organize and participate in the business negotiations.
5. Marketing activities
a. To plan and execute brand promotion activities in order to improve the company's brand influence
b. To promote security inspection products and solutions in order to improve the popularity of security inspection products in the market

Job Requirement
Education: Marketing, Electronic engineering, automation engineering, communication engineering or related majors Bachelor's degree or above.
Skills:English and Vietnamese speaking. A Chinese speaking is a priority Good interpersonal and communication skills, acute market induction ability and strong ability of strain High work enthusiasm, with the knowledge of marketing strategy and channel management.
Experience:Understand the market conditions of security inspection industry in Vietnam Familiar with the methods of developing sales channels of security inspection products Over 3 years sales experience in security inspection products
