Support content population in MindFi forums to promote community engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer support role
Excellent active listening skill and verbal communication
Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize
Proficiency in using Google Workspace, customer support software, phone call software and live chat platforms
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
