Get to know the role:
Reporting to the Senior Campaign Strategist, your mission is to drive operational excellence, provide exceptional service to our sales team, advertisers and agencies, and be a trusted partner for our internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of advertising campaigns from a delivery and performance standpoint, and providing valuable insights to our sales team to enable client retention, upsells and renewals.
An ideal candidate has a strong track record of collaborating with sales teams and clients, delivering successful campaigns for advertisers, and results for the business. You should love working with data and numbers, solving problems, and have strong working knowledge in setting up, optimising and delivering successful campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, DV360, The Trade Desk, and MediaMath.
The day-to-day activities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of operations from pre-campaign launch queries, to optimization, to end of campaign and billing.

  • Review Campaign Setup requests from Sales then route them to Campaign Managers for set up.

  • Consistently meet or beat SLA delivery and service satisfaction score in terms of work quality, service and SLA.

  • Have a clear understanding of what the campaign objectives and expected campaign results are for the accounts under your care.

  • Use our proprietary tool and work with our Data Analytics team to build audience segments as appropriate.

  • Proactively monitor and provide delivery and performance recommendations to our Sales team to maximise campaign delivery and enable client's campaign objectives to be met.

  • Perform delivery and optimisation changes to campaigns.

  • Identify, document and share campaign design best practices with Ad Ops and Sales teams.

  • Troubleshoot campaign, ad, tracking and product issues, and work with the relevant teams to escalate issues and derive at sound resolutions.

  • Ensure data and process integrity for reporting, audit and month end billing.

  • Provide post campaign insights and recommendations to selected key clients.

  • Support and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews for key clients.

  • Drive & deliver new initiatives/product testing, operationalisation and smooth rollout of new tools, ads and changes.

  • Proactively share best practices, surface challenges and solutions, drive automations, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and service excellence.

  • Proactively review and enhance existing documentations, and initiate new documentations.

  • Support, coach, guide and enable Campaign Managers and newer or junior team members to provide exceptional service to key stakeholders.

The must haves:

  • 3+ years of Digital Advertising Operations experience, including strong and well-developed optimisation and campaign strategy skills and experience with major ad platforms such as Google and Facebook.

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

  • Outstanding attention to details, organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Passionate about operational and service excellence.

  • Optimistic, positive and resilient in face of adversity, high work volume and constant changes.

  • Fast paced, strong sense of urgency and commitment to work.

  • Team Player.

  • Strong working knowledge of conversion pixel tracking and ad verification tools and tracking.e.g. Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify and Moat.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.

  • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent/remote setting.
