The Opportunity:
We are looking for Call Center, Assistant who is responsible for handling customer inquires via telephone, email, or online platform
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely response to customers in areas of product information, outpatient / inpatient services, claims, premium payment and policy termination
  • Process customer instructions / request
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaint
  • May reach out to customers whose policies have lapsed in an attempt to retain them

Requirements:
  • Education: University graduate
  • Experience: 2+ years working experience in life Insurance or customer service
  • Good communication skills, basic English
  • Faithful, honest, good in problem solving skill, team-work spirit, proactive.
  • Good computer skills: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet
