Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee a small engineering team in developing and designing CAD/BIM software plugins for the architecture-construction-manufacturing industry.
- Participate in all phases of product development, including documentation, requirements analysis, design, deployment, code reviewing, unit testing, and operation.
- Manage team progress and propose solutions.
- Lead the team to achieve company goals and mission.
- Train, support, and motivate team members.
- Solve technical and human issues.
- Handle other related tasks.
Key Requirements:
Must-Have Requirements:
- Intermediate English proficiency
- WPF desktop application experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Experience in designing/developing large-scale systems with complex business
- Minimum 5 years of experience in C#
- Revit API development experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Preferred Qualifications:
- Japanese proficiency (N3)
- Experience in 2D/3D graphics-related projects
- Software performance optimization skills and problem-solving in projects
- Interest or experience in architecture, construction, manufacturing systems
