Job Description

esponsible for all aspects of the site installation works, workers management and
documentation for mainly within the Depot facilities including civil interface and
installation coordination but not limited to:
. Cable Management System including cable tray, trunking, troughing, conduits
installation, etc
. Management of all systems installation including Power, CCTV, Comms, Tel
. Cable installation (power, control and data ) including termination
. Miscellaneous equipment forming part of the Wayside deliverables and associated
. Temporary works implementation
. Permanent works implementation

. Resolution of installation interface issues between the subcontractor and the civil
. Resolution of installation interface issues between HTC systems teams and
. Particular expertise in the installation of Rail systems as the projects installation
. Act as the site interface for day-to-day management and liaison issues and report back to line manager
. Lead team of site engineers to provide expertise, guidance, tool box etc..

. Attend schedule and/or coordination meetings with the subcontractor and the civil
. Supervise, monitor and coordinate the subcontractor's preparation work, installation work and finishing work
. Conduct quality checks and inspect all steps of the depot and workshop installation in accordance to the approved documents. Sign on the relevant check sheets to verify the installed depot and workshop equipment meets the quality requirements and standards
. Manage and be accountable for the Site Team for all aspects of their activities
. Ensure that site safety processes are implemented in accordance with the HSE Manager
. Provide Daily/weekly status reports to his line Manager on work done, work planned and
critical issues in accordance with the HTC Management Reporting Process
. Assist in the verification surveys on site prior to works commencement
. Review engineering documentation and drawings prior to starting on site
. Coordinate and support the internal handover between the T&C team and ensure that, the
handed over plant/systems are in compliant with T&C requirements
. Responsible for the sub-contractors performance for site specific schedule, quality and

Ensure compliance of construction activities with the construction planning
. Ensure the optimization of the resources (internal and external/subcontractors) in the project on site, having as baseline the project budget and Planning
. Develop site specific plans to be implemented in projects program together with the Deputy C&I Manager
. Ensure the continuous support to the improvement of processes and procedures
. Take part in project team meetings and prepare minutes as required
. Work in conjunction with the Test and Commissioning Team as required
. Ensuring all company safety, quality, environmental, commercial and project
management procedures are followed as relevant to tasks undertaken
. Interact and interface with sub-system teams, sub-contractors, adjacent contractors, the
Employer, the Employer's Representative and any third parties for the execution of the project as necessary
. Any miscellaneous tasks instructed by the Deputy C&I Manager or Senior Management
3. Required Skill and knowledge
a) Total Year of Experience on site projects 5 years
b) Experience as Site Management for E&M systems in Railway Projects 5 years if possible

c) Certificate of Level 1 - Electrical
d) Fluent in English preferred
e) Adequate knowledge & experience in the installation of power works including connection of
transformers/distribution 6.6kVA, 440v, 240v transformer/ distribution. 1500 DC transformer/ distribution, Signaling, Telecommunications, Depot & Workshop Equipment, F-SCADA,
Signage & Graphics. Sub-contractor site management, HSE, personnel & contractual
awareness management
