What you will do
We're seeking an experienced Business Development position to take care of the sales and account management for Metasource's service offering.
- Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sectors to grow Metasources business
- Hunting, establishing relationships, and winning new clients. Build and strengthen relationships with businesses/partnerships.
- To develop and execute Marketing communications and organic, inbound lead generation for sales
- To collaborate with external marketing and web agencies to grow and improve our online presence.
- To meet with new clients and current clients to offer a broad range of services that fulfil their needs and improve their business performance
- To support the development of the business in the broadest sense by offering new, creative ideas and making them happen
Requirements
What you are good at
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experienced in sales and generating leads.
- Experienced in 01 of the following industries: outsourcing, business consulting, market-entry, or recruitment.
- Proficient with CRM software.
- Skilled in improving sales processes, materials, and pitches.
- Capable of analyzing sales metrics.
- Good at socializing, building, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Effective in converting leads into customers with strategic follow-ups and presenting value.
