Business Development - Senior Manager

.Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and study the dynamic of the integrated property projects and launch new business initiatives and revenue stream in new business development.
• Study the dynamics of the potential high net worth customer segments and to drive new business initiatives and penetration in this group.
• Devise a strategy and operationalise a Market Launch plan accompanied with a details financial budget.
• Be the liaison party to collaborate with the local authorities and private vendors to market launch new business initiatives.
• Establish and develop external partnership deals to accelerate market growth.
• Responsible for the annual budget and mid-range planning process.
• Grow market share through carefully executed marketing initiatives and strategies.
• Pro-actively involved in executing both online and offline customer acquisition initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of related working experience in real estate development, property developer and/or advisory and consultancy firm.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
• Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance.
• Independent, initiative-taker, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
