Position Objectives:
The position is responsible for setting up the Vietnam country distributor/end user network to achieve sales target within sales expense budget within the B2B organization. This includes managing existing and new customer relationships driving new accounts development and wallet share expansion in existing accounts channel management and development.
Position Responsibilities:
Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Establishes execution plan that aligns with KCP global, regional and country strategic objectives.
  • Partners with leaders in other departments, including other Sales regions, Marketing, Supply Chain to establish Vietnam new business operating model
  • Sets revenue targets and drives execution of business plans to achieve sales goals. Uses Salesforce to manage overall pipeline of business.
  • Partners with distributors to develop joint business plans (JBP) to achieve distributor targets, and partner with end users, marketing and innovation teams toidentify and seize new businessopportunities.
  • Embraces digital technology, models how to leverage digital selling tools.
  • Advocates for and leverages K-C's vision of the future (e.g., innovation roadmap, eComm strategies) with distributors/ partners.

Qualification and Key Skills Required:
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree is a plus
1015 years of business development or sales experience at multiple-national companies with distributor and key account management experience
Knowledge and experience in a B2B commercial sales environment and channel management is the must. Consumer products selling experience is preferred.
Knowledge in supply chain and finance is essential
Knowledge in lodging, industrial/manufacturing, food processing would be a plus
Fluent in both written and verbal English

Positive and demonstrates personal accountability with result driven mindset
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven experience in managing and influencing executive level relationships (internal and external)
Demonstrable skills and proficiency in personal computer systems and applications
