Job Description

A. Role + Responsibilities
. Responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales, and Gross Profit for the
territory in charge
. Strong knowledge of market behavior business ecosystem,
local business relevant legislations and customs regulations,
the competition, and the processes at Endress+Hauser (E+H)
. Establishment of effective sales channels
. Support complaint management system
. Responsible for the implementation of business plans, sales
strategies, creation of performance evaluation, follow-up of
agreed actions
. Develop solutions to improve processes
. Implementation of customer segmentation and intensive
customer acquisition support
. Customer care, active promotion of customer loyalty measures
. Active support in project acquisition
. Sales coordination with other E+H entities
. Execution of seminars for customers and sales channel partners
. Training for employees of local organizations in technical,
commercial, and market aspects
. Support of Internal Sales Engineers, and logistical matters
. Maintaining efficient reporting system (i.e.
B. Qualification + Profile
. 4 - 7 working years of relevant experience
. Engineering background to the degree (or industry-based
equivalent) in automation
. Sound knowledge of instrumentation or process automation
. Leading, inspiring, and motivating others by setting an
example as a role model
