Job Description


The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring more new clients & retaining

client relationship . He/ She has to connect both client & internal teams effectively to ensure the

high quality of client servicing.


Sales & Marketing Planning:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

and company goals.

Study OMverse group's credential to initiate integrated/ innovative solution leveraging on

FanE & other member company's strength.

Coordinate with Brandformance team for company advertising, event planning & ad

contest participation

Build & update weekly sale pipeline report with detailed customer database & progress

Sales Execution:

Meet up with new clients to explore business needs and conduct internal briefing

Attend workshops/ networking events to acquire more new customers and increase

FanE's brand presence

Assist in pitches and proposals by client expectation diagnosising and strategic


To achieve sales target and Key Performance Indicators set.

Perform administrative tasks such as quotation, payment and delivery follow up.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Manage effectively the sales process through prospect development, proposal,

presentation and closing negotiations to achieve company goals.

Service management

Brainstorm, identify and consult client the right solutions by OMverse/ FanE to deliver

measurable results for clients

Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support execution team

Monitor client's satisfaction over all deliverables and handle with complaint if any


1. Background: International/ Big Local Advertising/ digital creative agencies.

2. Experience:

At least 5 years of working experience in the Advertising/ Digital creative agency with which in

the required position

Experience and demonstrated success in sale & client relationship management

Strong network in advertising industry

Previous position: Business Development Manager

3. Knowledge

Creative advertising, IMC planning and execution, Digital marketing, Performance advertising, Martech

4. Skills

Master in Client Service & Account Development

Strong project management skills

Proficient in English

5. Personality/ Attitude

Strong ownership and leadership, Teamwork, Ambitous & excited about taking on revenue accountability and responsibility;
