Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at iLEAD American Academy in Hue City. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with expanding the academy's reach and strengthening its position in the educational market. This includes identifying new opportunities for growth, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and enhance the academy's reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, with proven success in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives
• Expertise in educational market trends and competition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is preferred
