Develop a business plan and specify KPI targets in the action plan to find, build, and expand the network of potential partners in the fields of deposit, money transfer, international payment, cards credit, and other financial services related to banking service to postal services, non-custodial wallets, labor export, study abroad, foreign settlement, e-commerce platforms (especially related to blockchain, CBDC, digital assets fields).
Develop plans and implement, coordinate with the Marketing department to unify communication programs to promote business sales growth (number of transactions, sales, revenue, etc.) with each partner for each period. The timing is consistent with the Company's strategic direction.
Update and analyze the market situation, determine the needs of potential partners, analyze competitors to coordinate with the product development department to come up with products and policies in accordance with the company's regulations and business direction of the Company.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports according to work KPIs as scheduled.
Complete KPIs and properly implement internal rules, memoranda, rules for money transfer - payment - other financial services, and other instructions from Management and the board of directors.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management and the company's Board of Directors.
