Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail chains of the Group business; Preference given to candidates with knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong data analytics abilities using BI & analytics tools.

Main Responsibilities


  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying issues, proposing solutions, and collaborating with relevant departments to implement action plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business impact.
  • Evaluate and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) at store levels to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality.
  • Coordinate Retail meetings with stakeholders, providing support for data-driven decision analysis.
  • Introduce new contests/incentives to drive sales competition.
  • Monitor Retail expenses and assess cost implications vs revenue (EBITDA, store cost optimization, OPEX optimization).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment for flawless execution.
  • Implement and support improvement plans for unprofitable stores.
  • Coordinate the performance and financial updates disseminated to the organization.
  • Lead the forecast and budget process, oversee overall cost allocations, and analyze financial results, working closely with all parts of the organization.
  • Align individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure target achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.
  • Execute other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
