Job Description:

  • Conduct analysis to identify bottlenecks and pain points using large amounts of data related to logistics operations and user behaviors
  • Structure the identified challenges and develop solutions that balance trade-offs between efficiency, costs, and user experience
  • Evaluate solutions quantitatively and qualitatively to drive data-based decision-making
  • Translate solutions into scalable and pragmatic steps that allow for ground implementation
  • Collaborate with local counterparts in each market to understand their unique business needs and constraints, iterate solutions, and overcome any implementation challenges
  • Design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to monitor improvements
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to influence decision-making and drive change


Requirements:
  • Degree in STEM or other subjects with an analytical component. Fresh grads are welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills experience with SQL, Python, or any analytical tools is necessary to work with datasets to evaluate issues and trade-offs quantitatively
  • Passionate about deep-diving into problems from first-principles innate curiosity to understand the whys and hows
  • Positive learning attitude, unafraid of embracing new problems and working with ambiguity
  • Interest in building broad capabilities in strategy, operations, and data analytics in the e-commerce industry
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership of work, proactive in finding better ways to get things done
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fluid, dynamic, and impact-focused environment
