Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly autonomous, business-driven Business Analyst to lead the transformation of our operational and financial workflows. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of high-level company workflows and executive reporting systems. In this role, you will act as an independent project owner, taking full accountability for initiatives that directly drive profitability, cost savings, and organizational efficiency. You will serve as a lead negotiator and strategic liaison, aligning diverse internal departments and external partners to eliminate operational friction and maximize financial returns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Reporting & Performance Systems

  • Report directly to the CEO, providing clear visibility into company-level financial and operational health.
  • Design, build, and oversee high-level corporate reporting systems and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Synthesize complex financial and operational data into strategic insights for the CEO and board members.

2. Workflow Architecture & Business Transformation

  • Architect, implement, and govern company-wide high-level workflows to directly increase profit margins and reduce operational waste.
  • Identify high-risk financial leaks and operational bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions that protect the bottom line.
  • Standardize business processes across all corporate departments to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes and seamless daily operations.

3. Stakeholder Management & Strategic Negotiation

  • Serve as the primary negotiator and bridge between the CEO, internal departments (Finance, Sales, Operations), and external vendors.
  • Align conflicting priorities among diverse groups to secure buy-in and financial investment for major change initiatives.
  • Negotiate project scopes, delivery timelines, and vendor service level agreements (SLAs) to protect company interests and resources.

4. Independent Project Leadership & Value Delivery

  • Own and drive high-impact internal projects from initial concept to full implementation with minimal oversight.
  • Build and present compelling business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI projections to secure executive approval.
  • Take accountability for project outcomes, tracking post-implementation metrics to prove real-world financial and operational impact.

5. Change Management & Adoption

  • Guide business teams through organizational changes, ensuring high adoption rates for new workflows and operational models.
  • Translate strategic business goals into clear, actionable operational steps for non-technical teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience leading business analysis, operational turnarounds, or corporate change initiatives, preferably with exposure to reporting to C-level executives.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional negotiation, mediation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex business projects independently from start to finish.
  • Strong financial acumen (budgeting, commercial revenue tracking, ROI analysis).

  • Skills: a natural AI early adopter, strong understanding of financial and business reporting frameworks, business process visualization tools, project tracking tools, and commercial financial modeling (Excel).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
