OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a highly driven and proactive Business Analysis Expert to bridge business needs and technology solutions across strategic transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing customer-centric solutions, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful delivery of digital and operational transformation projects.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with a self-starting mindset, ownership mentality, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and solution recommendations.
- Develop and maintain business and functional documents, including business cases, use cases, activity diagrams, and process documentation.
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, business data, and operational insights to support business planning and decision-making.
- Recommend suitable solutions, processes, or products by evaluating business impacts, benefits, and trade-offs.
- Undertaken other tasks assigned by Managers
Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement clarification sessions to drive alignment across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Data, UX, etc. and external vendors throughout project delivery.
- Prepare presentation materials and management decks for councils, committees, and leadership meetings.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet agreed business requirements and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance & Banking, Business Information System, or related fields.
- Having any Business Analyst certificate would be advantage
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Digital Product Delivery, Project Management with commercial awareness.
- Digital Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Digital platform experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in process transformation projects, process documentation and business reporting.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system integration, and Agile delivery.
- Experience managing stakeholders across cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation and business writing skills.
