Area of responsibilities: . Order Management o Preparation/Check of commercial terms and conditions base on relevant laws, standard terms & conditions set by the company o Prepare and negotiate tenders/offers/contract with customers to secure the Company's legal position & profitability o Input orders in SAP and follow the Company processes related . Business Administration: o Supports accountable Unit or BA Management, provides advice and proposes measures regarding Finance / Business Administration o Supports implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures, for the assigned organization unit o Completes consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations (incl. P&L reporting and Balance Sheet). o Checks content and analyzes supplier and/ customer contracts, to ensure compliant and standardized contract management. o Supports finance projects and/or processes including associated consulting in area of the respective BI content and / or application Requirements: 3+ years experience in related fields 1+ years working on projects.
