Job Description:
  • Develop an understanding of seller investment on Platform and on e-commerce by tracking, monitoring, and analyzing seller investments data, to understand the reasons behind the trends
  • Drive insights and develop recommendations in order to improve investment take rate at the portfolio level and account level
  • Identify revenue opportunities and the implementation of improvement initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate and define business metrics, democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboard, reports)


Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of industry or relevant experience in Business Analytics or Business Consultant role with proven business impact
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the right metrics to describe the state of the investment strategy
  • Passion for creating highly usable and thorough dashboards/visualizations
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to learn quickly with can-do attitude
  • Advanced Excel skills with knowledge in Power Query, Power Pivots
  • Be able to manipulate and draw insights from large data set is a plus
  • Critical thinking, multitasking & creative thinking
  • Digital, Marketing solutions, and E-commerce knowledge is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese to coordinate with stakeholders
  • Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
