Job Description
- As a Creative Content Planner: read insights, align with brand consistency, and coordinate with stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver messages for various communications campaigns related to Corporate Affairs, Internal Communications, PR, CSR/ESG, and Employer Branding.
- As a Brand Innovator: immerse into the brand and propose initiatives to improve everything communications-related. It can be a revamp of channels, tools, methodology, refreshment of content tone & mood, or even something we have yet to expect. Innovation needs to be monitored and improved as a continuous cycle.
- As a Futurist: continuously measure how well the brand metrics defined are performing or any adjustment needed, be ready to unlearn and relearn, and even reshape your thinking with primed, beyond ready for what lies ahead, drive the team look back to spring forward.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in content creation, brand management, corporate communications, or similar roles in multinational corporations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- A communications-to-build-trust mindset, coupled with a strong passion for producing creative content fueled by words and insights; and a solid understanding of modern communication principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Intercultural awareness and a global mindset, capable of working effectively in diverse environments.
- A creative eye for aesthetics, including colors and typography, with the ability to translate imaginative ideas into compelling written or design language. Experience collaborating with designers, from initial concept development to final production.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms, with a curious mindset to explore new tools that support content creators in monitoring and optimizing performance and achieving continuous improvement.
- Growth-centric, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of the IT industry and Software Services is a significant advantage.
