The Creative team within the Strategy & Innovation office aims to build new and successful brands that resonate with consumers. The team cultivates collaborations from a multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, creative technologists, product designers, copywriters, and art directors to create content, communications, and experiences across Vinamilk corporate brands, sub-brands, subsidiary brands and across platforms: posts, packaging, e-commerce, retail.
We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer (multidisciplinary) to help us convey the brand spirit & vision through branding design (think packaging, merchandise, print, app/website, brand document, event...). You will work in harmony with Creative Director, Illustrator & partners in Strategy & Innovation Office... This role will report to Head of Creative Art in Strategy & Innovation Office & Vinamilk's Creative Director.

Responsibilities
- Master brand gatekeeper: keep the standard of Vinamilk master brand & actively contribute new values to it.
- Keep master brand discipline when adapt it to all 33 sub-brands (product) design (can be direct design or working with design agency): packaging, official product asset (film, KV, photo library, social guide)
- Execute design and conceptual tasks as assigned with significant attention to detail.
- Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to establish a clear and concise design language, brand voice, tone, and personality: Marketing, Web, App, Internal Communication, ..
- Continually iterate on concepts in an effort to make the brand relevant and relatable to our audience(s)
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with peers and stakeholders
- Lead (on design direction) cross-discipline collaboration as it relates to brand experience (Marketing, HR, Product, ...)
- Understand, critique & contribute to marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team (Writers, Illustrators, Content Creator, ...) across different types of media.
- Be an advocate for design; educating and enabling others to create on-brand experiences/design.
Requirement
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Fluent in design tool: Adobe Suite (PS, ai, id) & Figma (if you are not familiar with Figma we can help)
- Solid skillset: critical thinking, design thinking, principles of design, conceptualize & branding.
- Ownership & strong communication skill (effectively communicate conceptual ideas and design rationale without fear).
- Detailed oriented (sloppiness doesn't exist here)
- Passionate & Daring (to not only keep but & push the quality to the next level - Raise the bar spirit)
- Resilience
- Team player. Ready to lead & coach Junior/Mid-level designers to deliver projects with high quality.
- Quick learner - able to work independently, priorities accordingly, and iterate quickly (this is a very fast-paced/ challenging environment)
- Open to new challenges: work as multidisciplinary designer
- Commit to the deadline (on-time)
- Fluent in English is compulsory.
- Basic animation skill is a plus (not mandatory).
