- At least 3 years of experience working in the blockchain technology, especially NFT standards and smart contracts.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team and contribute to documentation.

- Familiar with Agile projects, able to work in a fast-paced project cycle by adapting to ambiguous project objectives, changing requirements, and re-prioritized focus
