The Bell Captain is fully in charge of the overall Concierge activity within the hotel. During the operations, he will act as a shift leader and will ensure that the operations which occur during his shift are smooth and in line with the hotel standards.
. Secondary / High school education
. Good reading and oral proficiency in both Vietnamese and English language
. Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
