The role will be responsible for managing and leading BD activities and BD team to generate company revenue and profit to coordinate with relevant parties to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.


To lead and manage the B2B Sales department:

  • Develop and communicate company strategy and strategic KPIs/MWBs
  • Coordinate the process around departmental strategies, goals and objectives. Liaise with group management on adopting group strategy.
  • Make and execute annual or periodical action plan and budget (operation, personnel, purchasing)
  • Lead and manage BD team and team culture.
  • Develop performance indicators, implement, monitor and evaluate staff performance.
  • Manage staff recruitment, selection and arrangement/staffing - for direct reports & staff.
  • Promote a client and service mindset across the organization.
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budget.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan/strategy.

To manage and promote BD activities (including signing sales contracts and managing sales volumes):

  • Oversee lead generation activities.
  • Approach potential clients through agreed channels.
  • Advice Business Development Executive throughout the onboarding process.
  • Negotiate & close contracts with clients.

To develop and maintain key accounts:

  • Develop & execute key account plans.
  • Conduct upselling activities.
  • Maintain CRM system/ database.
  • Address client concerns.


  • Minimum a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences at the same role
  • Proficient in English
