Job Purpose
This role is to yield to high performance on APE growth, active ratio and turnover by recruiting, training and managing Banca Staff under assigned Bank Partner
Job Responsibilities
  • Planning: Collaborate with Partnership Distribution Salesforce team in planning sales & training activities (eg. group presentation, event, workshop) in the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.
  • Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.
  • Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE, recruitment, active ratio & compliance.
  • Training & Development: Train & develop DSM and sales team in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners.
  • Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration with internal departments and Bank Partners.
  • Others: assigned by Direct Manager or Management Board from time to time.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance
  • At least 2 year experience working as sales supervisor preferably in insurance, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies

  • Business performance analytics (understand insights and define issues & opportunities of market or industry via the information relevant company's market including trends, competitor, and customer (existing, lost and targeted) monitoring gather and analyze specially for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making in determining strategy in areas such as market opportunity, market penetration, strategy and market development.
  • Product management (Know and explain product features/ benefits, understands/ sells the full product line, understands customers business operations and needs, understands/ responds to the competition, applies market knowledge).
  • Team management (training, motivating, and directing employees in order to optimize workplace productivity and promote professional growth)
  • Stakeholder management (Effectively building and managing relationships with many different stakeholders, engaging constructively with them in a planned and meaningful way in pursuit of strategic objectives, and feeding intelligence to deliver maximum benefit, mitigate risk and maximize opportunity).
