Role Description

This is a full-time On-Site role for a Backend TechLead (NodeJS, ENG Fluent)focused US market (VMO America). As a Backend TechLead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of scalable and efficient backend systems using NodeJS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications, ensuring high-quality code standards and performance. This role requires strong technical expertise in backend web development and fluent English communication skills.

Qualifications

  • From 5 years of experience in NodeJS (NestJS/ AdonisJS/ NextJS, ...)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Technical Leader
  • At least 5 years of experience with databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) v NoSQL (MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, ...)
  • Strong in AWS and system design
  • Good knowledge of Git v GitFlow
  • Excellent English (good in technical reading & writing and ability to communicate with foreign clients clearly and concisely)
  • Have skills: teamwork, problem-detection and Problem-Solving,
  • Have a experience in Product is a plus
