Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a B2B Business Development Specialist at Smart Edu Link. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily B2B lead generation for a selected U.S. university within our network, conducting market research, communicating with customers (ie. education agents, local schools), and providing excellent customer service. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
This role requires the candidate to travel within Vietnam and surrounding countries where we have our agent network for event participation and school representation.
The candidate is preferred to be actively promoting our schools on his/her professional social media accounts, including Facebook, Linkedin and Tiktok to update his/her role and activities to our partners.
Qualifications
Selected candidates will be asked to provide English and college transcripts. The one being offered the job opportunity will be required to pass through several certification & training programs to ensure the job is delivered at the highest level of satisfaction from the company.
