Job Description



1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Responsible for managing, and developing the Company portfolio of Athlete Development
. Programs to attract, retain, and develop athletes throughout our Endurance ecosystem.
. Create and develop programs and initiatives aimed at engaging/growing the number of firsttimers within the triathlon and running portfolio.
. Responsible for the National Athlete Development function including identification of the and
potential of communities within each region (through market research), understanding the
athlete's journey (measurement and KPI tracking), developing a core knowledge of the
Endurance culture in the country level, and working with the team to identify local partners to
broaden and deepen engagement.
. Be steadfast in analysing customer retention issues and acquisition opportunities to drive
engagement.
. Create and develop a loyalty program across our brands connected on our new digital
engagement platform to keep athletes within our ecosystem and grow the number of races per
racing athlete.
. Manage, develop, and adapt existing programs including Professional Athletes, VIP, KOL, YPO,
Showdown, etc
. Collaborate with multiple internal and external resources to drive engagement, program growth
and incremental registrations per racing athlete.
. Work closely with functional leads within the Company to ensure the operations of all registration
gateways.
. Drive programs within the marketing team and partner with Event Marketing,
. Creative Services, social media, Email Marketing, Digital Platforms, and Content.
. Manage Athlete data on CRM
. Build and manage Athlete Service
. Support Email communication with Athlete
. Assist with Documentation of Athlete Development Activities
2. REQUIREMENT:

b. Experience/Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in a related field (events management, hospitality, communications,
marketing, finance, behavioural science, sports management) or similarly striking life experience
required
. Experienced with a wide range of events, logistical issues related to events and producing new
solutions
. Prior experience in event management/production preferred
. Experience implementing health and safety procedures
. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of resources
. Willing to work evenings and weekends during events
. Manage staff training issues
. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to negotiate
. Data-driven decision-making skills
. Exceptional writing & communication skills
