Job Description
1/ Planning
. Support to build proposal, working closely with Content IP team for brand-integrated content
. Support to build pricing strategy & SOP for monetization of Livestream shows
. Plan new initiatives to maximize brand investment & brand benefits
2/ Brand hunting
. Support to build approaching plan & identify hunting list
. Engage, inspire & acquire brands sponsorship & investment
. Build relationship with LazLive strategic brands
3/ Brand servicing
. Work closely with Content IP team & Production agency to ensure brand visual placement
. Work closely with Cross-function teams - Commercial, Creative, Traffic to deliver package commitment
. Account & risk management during package delivery process
. Monitor overall project performance and create reports to optimize & get best practices
Job Requirements
. 2-3 years of experience working in digital advertising sales, digital business development or related fields
. University degree in business
. Passion about working & negotiating with sellers
. Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and basic data analysis
. Strong detailed-oriented & ownership mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
. Strong presentation skills.
. Excellent problem solving, project management and communication skills
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
