Job Description
  • Be responsible for the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Recruitment, Learning and Development within Hotel that is aligned with the Hotel's goals and strategic plan
  • Assist the Talent & Culture Manager / Director of Talent & Culture in the smooth running of the Talent & Culture function within the Hotel and ensuring best practice is followed at all times.

Work Experience
  • Exceptional communication and problem solving skills that allow you to lead and coach our Ambassadors towards excellence.
  • A can-do, positive attitude that enables, empowers and inspires others
  • Experience in Recruitment, Training / Learning & Development function is a plus
  • An ability to naturally engage with Ambassadors and show empathy have genuine care and concern for their well-being with the ability to lift spirits and build engagement.
  • A thorough understanding of the Vietnam Labor Law, legislation, compensation and benefit with experience in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel Brand.
