The role is to implement the country program on people's learning & development.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design & deliver relevant local corporate training programs (non-sales) to support business needs.
  • Engage closely with vendor to design & implement relevant internal training programs.
  • Support to execute local people development programs aligned with Group's direction and supportive of local people strategies
  • Support L&D Director to manage Learning Management System and optimize digital learning content which support talent development strategy.
  • Coordinate with staff/vendor to design & deliver digital learning content on LMS/media platform
  • Support L&D Director in L&D annual planning, planning & delivery and learning assessment.
  • Manage L&D database and report.
  • Support to plan & manage assigned budget.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor degree
  • Passion for learning & development digital transformation.
  • Strong customer services mindset and adaptability to continuous changing environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experiences in internal corporate's learning and development.
  • Experience in manage Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning content.
  • Experience in digital transformation at division level and corporate level.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Knowledge of training design & principles, including strong research skills.
  • Training need analysis skills
  • Instructional design skills: online and offline approach.
  • Facilitation skills (for staff level): online and offline approach.
  • Communication skills (both in English and Vietnamese)
  • Familiar with Learning Management System and database management.
  • Planning & execution skills.
  • Project management skills.
