KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Conduct investigation relating to sales forces for all distribution channels within required time frame (30 days).
  • Propose long term solution to mitigate, efficiently detect risks (distribution compliance risk, fraud risks) relating to the assigned investigation cases (on Quarterly)
  • Prepare and conduct compliance trainings to sales forces (Half yearly).
  • Prepare various distribution compliance reports, analysis reports requested by Head of Compliance (monthly, quarterly and ad hoc).

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Five years and above performing distribution compliance tasks. Experienced in investigation the insurance misconduct cases committed by agent with support of internal staffs or customers (e.g. misappropriation, manipulate customers insurance documents)
  • Candidate must have strong skill of general fraud investigation and able to independent conduct investigation on insurance agent, third party.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Fluent 4 skills (speak, write, read, listen) in English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent in investigation on agents, employees, third parties investigation reporting writing skill.
  • Excellent in Excel, Power point presentation, and MS word skill.
