Assistant Manager, Card Operation & Customer Due Diligence

Hong Leong Bank Vietnam is looking for an experienced candidate for Assistant Manager, Card Operations & Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Reporting to the Head of Operations, the ideal candidate is an analytical team leader who will be responsible for:

• timely control and management of card maintenance in addition to digital channels such as manually debit/credit amounts to solve system issues, disputes, programs or block, unblock, and reissue cards.
• handling reconciliation and settlement for card business including Visa, Napas, Payoo.
• overseeing customers onboarding via online channels including KYC, e-KYC, AML clearing, and UPL related document collection.

You will also be responsible for performance management and career development of your 3-6 subordinates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree;
• At least 3 years of working experience in Banking, preferably in card operations with handling card disputes experience;
• Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities;
• Having command of good English.
