KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • To crosscheck all paid out of compensation component, make sure to be consistent with proposal and compensation rule.
  • To follow and push related parties to strictly commit the payment schedule.
  • To projected cashflow on Agency channel payment
  • To give accrual for cre expenses.
  • To do analysis on the compensation payout vs costing and research on agent behaviour by performance update to give alert/ control to sales head .
  • Take part in BQC team to review all AA process to make improvement and control risk 7.
  • Other assignments from Manager ( if any)

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
  • Degree holder with graduation from Mathematics and Computing
  • Experience in compensation management or MIS report is preferable.
  • Good knowledge on feature of insurance operation.
