Job Purpose
As the Channel Assistant Manager, you are reporting to Manager MOFT Channel and be responsible in developing channel strategies, planning, execution and investment to ensure sales achievement
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-assist Manager in role playing as a bridge between MKT & Sales
- Coordinate with Brand team and KA Team to develop trade activities by customer to deliver channel & customer ambitions
- Leverage brand – category – shopper understandings to:
- Co-define channel strategies & priorities in channel by brand
- Co-define right level of investments & rule of investment by channel by regions to deliver channel growth & ambition
- Co-define excited approaches & ambitious plans for Innovation brands
- In charge of products / campaign brief for external stakeholders
- Assist Channel Manager to organize and execute campaigns through internal resources and external vendors.
- Join the process to develop strategies and plans that deliver Channel growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements.
- Recommend actionable in-store solutions based on a clear understanding on shopper behavior within the priority Channel(s).
- Recommend clear promotional guidelines based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.
- Work with Sales teams to define and develop appropriate channel & key customer execution. Support the construction of key commercial propositions at the Channel level.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, preferable in Business/ Marketing
- Experienced in FMCG, in modern trade from 2 years up in Trade Marketing
- Good analytical and growth-mindset thinking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Must be result-oriented
