Assistant Bar Manager
Passionate about guest interaction As Assistant Bar Manager, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties
• Ensure brand standards are maintained and conduct regular audits
• Have excellent knowledge of coctails and speciality drinks
• Train and mentor new and existing colleagues
• Work closely with the Bar Manager on the development of new beverage menus and cocktails
• Ensure all staff comply with Health & Safety and Liquor laws
• Other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager
• Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
• Your team and working environment:
• Working in a busy and fast paced environments
• You will be required to work during the day, evening and weekends
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
