The opportunity
The Manulife Assistant Agency Marketing Manager, oversees marketing activities to Manulife Agency, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging. You will need to produce excellent marketing plan, including communication, on ground activities as well as high quality content that build the Manulife Agency brand recognition and preferable.
This role requires collaboration with other departments or technical functions to ensure that the correct message is communicated in the right way to Manulife Agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Create informative activities, content, articles, newsletter, and related marketing materials to share our Manulife Agency's brand, and services.
• Coordinate with in-house creative service team to manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials.
• Manage Manulife Agency Communication Channel and other channels on Zalo, Youtube, Facebook.
• Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication ready.
• Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner, including but not limited to communicating Agency's contests/memos to the agency force.
• Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success.
