The Opportunity:We are looking for an
Agency Payment, Specialist who:
- Responsible for managing Compensation and payment of assigned channels to ensure data accurately, correctly, and timely.
- Optimize the payment processes of assigned channels to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness
Report to: Senior Manager, Agency Management
Location: HCM
Roles & Responsibilities:1.
Responsible for managing Compensation and payment of assigned channels- Deeply understand the compensation schemes of assigned channel to identify & analyze the details of scheme requirements. Then plan and control the tasks and workloads to ensure the channel run smoothly and sustainable.
- Manage payment process to ensure the payment accurately and timely, including execution, verification and reporting.
- Foresee and evaluate the impacts and risks of the compensation schemes of assigned channel. Then raise and propose the suggestions to Analytics team to review and enhance the compensation scheme of assigned channel to ensure it aligns with the Company's strategy and EODB.
- Be a key point of contact for all compensation and payment queries related to assigned channels for the remarkable growth of the business in both of quantity and quality.
- Be a partner to involve in scheme building and raise awareness the impacts for execution.
- Provide a holistic picture of business occurring to high managements to make the right decision.

Others:- Work with BA-Compensation to enhance functions and reports on related system to bring more value to channel's agents.
- Associated analysis of compensation related to assigned channels.
- Actively involved in UAT new product's commission and ensuring the delivery as scheduled.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job Requirement:Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration
Experience - At least 3-year experiences in data processing.
- At least 2-years experiences in Compensation and Payment are preferable.
- Fundamental knowledge of the life insurance or banking industry a significant advantage
Special skills - Communication, Time management skill
- Skillful in Excel advance, SQL or MS. Access
- Business analytics skill are preferable
- Being able to work in group or individual.
