Job Description: After-Sales Engineer (Vietnam, Local Hire)

Department: Overseas Marketing & Sales – Vietnam (New Energy Inverter)

Location: Vietnam (local only)

Position Type: Full-time, New role

1Job Summary

We are looking for a basic-level after-sales support person to help with solar inverter & energy storage system troubleshooting and customer support. Simple tasks, stable work.

2Key Responsibilities

1. Provide basic technical support for solar inverters, batteries, and monitoring systems

2. Solve technical problems remotely or on-site

3. Help with system installation, commissioning, and parameter settings

4. Give simple technical training to partners

5. Monitor system status and write basic reports

6. Support on-site checking when needed

3Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Renewable Energy

2. At least 1 year of working experience

3. Basic knowledge of solar inverter and battery systems

4. Able to do simple circuit / PCB troubleshooting

5. Good English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

6. (local language required)

7. Able to travel when needed

8. Responsible, patient, willing to learn
