Job Description:

  • Build and oversee various automation tools to improve team efficiency in executing online marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics and Product teams to request new tools and enhance existing ones
  • Engage with external partners (e.g. Facebook, Google) to address technical issues
  • Gather feedback and suggestions from the team, collaborating on enhancements to existing functionalities
  • Assist the Account Management team with technical issues related to digital channels, including technical setup
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in online channels and digital marketing, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the various components essential for success in digital marketing


  • Relevant Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for performance marketing
  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal communications and stakeholder management
  • Meticulous, eager to learn and strong drive to get things done
