Planning/ Lp k hoch: Collaborate with related partners in planning the training course, coaching and assessing activities as AD career & development roadmap requirement on monthly basis.
Execution/ Thc thi: Collaborate with related partners in building the training course content, coaching and assessing activities. Deploy the planned training course, coaching & assessing activities countrywide to make sure all basic skills & competencies of Business Development Director/Associate Director/Senior Manager/Managers meet company's requirement.
Supervision & Management/ Gim st & Qun l: Supervise & manage AD development team. Make sure all development plans will be delivered, followed up and assessed as requirements.
Training & Development/ o to & Pht trin: Train & develop the Business Development Director/Associate Director/Senior Manager/Managers in accordance with the career & development roadmap. At the same time, Head of Agency Distribution Development need to train & develop team members to adapt with current company's & industry's requirement.
Internal & external relationships/ i ni & i ngoi: Maintain solid & effective collaboration with related partner, other departments and members.
Others/ Khc: To be assigned by the Line manager or Company's management (if any)
Job Requirement:Qualification:- University degree in the field of Life Insurance, Business, Law, Training Management or Economics
Experience:- 3-5 years of experience in the sales areas
- Experience in the financial industry
- Experience in Training
- Working experience in the position of AD of life insurance industry is an advantage
Knowledge:- Knowledge of business management, finance, project management
Skill:- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Power point)
- Good English is an advantage
