As a Credit Card Acquisition Partnership Director / Manager at Trusting Social, you will have the ultimate responsibility for decision-making and prioritization for driving acquisition partnership strategy, to offer the best digital experience and credit card product offers to consumers. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that cater to the unique needs of our partners and customers.
The Acquisition Partnership Director / Manager will report to the Head of the Co-lending Partnership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive credit card acquisition targets.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry.
- Negotiate partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic partnership initiatives, including managing & building the acquisition partnership department, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives and drive acquisition results.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership initiatives, and strategies, providing regular reports to the executive team and Board of Directors
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

- Excellence in English in both written and oral.
