Reconcile Process - Ensure daily & monthly Reconciliation process successfully to all involved parties:
. Build up and maintain daily COD and compensation payment, monthly shipping fee reconciliation with all partners (Shopee, SOC, Outsourcing vendor, Social sellers, 4PLs BEST, GHN, Linehaul, ShopeePay counter,..) with high accuracy and on time.
. Lead the directions of the team to solve daily payments/collection issues creatively, to ensure optimal payment acceptance practices with other core departments.
. Manage payment/collection process to clients and suppliers with coordination with relevant stakeholders for data readiness with accuracy and timely manner.
Implement Automation, SLA, SOPs wherever possible:
. Seek for initiatives to improve payment/collection process, system improvement.
. Analyst situational problem, identify root cause and propose SOP & SLA to other stakeholders.
. Able to see through the root cause of problems and come up with impactful strategies to drive business change in daily operations.
Stakeholder Management:
. Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to payment operations.
. Work closely with other teams (Key Account Management, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Feature Management, Operation Excellent) to solve payment and collection issues/customers inquiries regarding payment/collection & join related projects that lead to actionable Insights to growth the business.
Team management:
. Lead the team to achieve the company mission and vision, related projects.
. Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.


. Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
. 2-5 years of relevant work experience, e-commerce, logistic experience is preferable.
. Experienced in leading team is a plus
. Able to drive and implement ideas to present findings in a fast-paced environment.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
. Strong Microsoft and analytics tools skill (SQL is preferred).
. Ability to interact, explain problems, dialogue, guide and persuade Operators to coordinate.
. High sense of responsibility, careful, eager to learn, integrity
