Responsible for general finance & accounting activities and policies to ensure the efficiency of Finance & Accounting Department and to support Head of Accounting & Finance to reach company financial strategy and achieve competitive advantage from internal policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Controlling:
Partner with other related functions to drive excellence for important strategy following the business unit's vision.
Responsible to drive planning cycles developing budget, forecasting & business plans; providing strong support for Management's decision making.
Responsible for period ad hoc financial / operational reporting and variance analysis meeting Management requirement to understand trends, abnormal, risks and opportunities in the current market.
Accounting Management:
Ensure a smooth operation in accounting department especially for all areas: Later income, Fixed Asset, Tax, Cost, Invoice control.
Ensure a full compliance with Group guideline, IFRS, Local GAAP for all bookings, account management, making financial statement, internal & external reports.
Ensure ICOFR (internal control on financial reporting) are in placed, maintained and developed to guarantee the control framework and the integrity of all transactions.
Ensure the accuracy, deadline respect for internal & external reporting.
Ensure the successful implementation of new projects (Group and Local assignment) in reaching deadline with well preparation & communication.
Finance Management:
Cash/ Sales reconciliation for the nationwide network covering through all cities & provinces where the stores are located.
Payments service for the whole company on centralized basis which include supplier's payment for trade and non-trade and inter-group company for services related.
Enhance Net Working Capital by working together with treasury department and commercial teams in respecting the payment schedule, improving payment terms and stock management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
University or Master Degree in Accounting/Finance or related subjects;
ACCA, CIMA / CMA or CPA qualification preferable
More than 6 years working experience in accounting/ finance field in dynamic and multinational environment, preferably in Retail or FMCG industry;
Proficiency in spoken and written English;
Competency with MS office and ERP, preferably SAP, Oracle, Retail system and big data solutions;
WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu - An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2
WORKING TIME: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
