This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in Hanoi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities and upselling services, negotiating contract terms and pricing, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the advertising, marketing, or media industry is a plus
