Job Description



1/ General:
- Reporting to Food Merchant Development Manager
- Develop and manage the excellent business relationships internally and externally for strategic plans to meet desired outcomes.
- Build and grow business with a current model and transformation based on market/ business insights, performance/ productivity management to deliver the best outcome.
2/ Detail:
- Work with the Key Account Management GrabFood team to develop and deploy route-to-market initiatives to grow revenue, meet objectives and cross-sell diverse products to merchants.
- Work with cross-function team (local: marketing, marketplace, product, commercial, central operation and regional merchant operation) to build and drive these initiatives/ transformation/ solutions
with relevant business insights and recommendations that are both convincing and sellable to merchants by win-win mindset between Grab and merchant.
- Action proactively and quickly with market and competitor changes to secure demand and grow merchants with the proper budget in short/mid-term.
- Take full responsibility to manage end-to-end growth/ monetization solutions (idea, model, package with P&L, negotiation, contract, closed deal) for top Key Accounts/ Brands.
- Lead and manage Key Account team performance/ productivity in the proper period to meet OKR.
- Responsible for defining the strategic corporation/ partnership for GrabFood, Merchant and Partners (Retail, F&B, FMCG,..).
3/ Job Requirements:
- Bachelor (or above) degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development/ Account Management or Strategy Consulting preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment ability to work through uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Sharp skills in business development and deal making at corporate level & team management.
- Experienced in using and analyzing large amounts of data to provide practical insights and comprehensive solutions.
- Excellent planning/ project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building ability. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at different levels, up to senior level management.
- Start-up attitude willing to learn and work hard to get things done in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced.
