Responsibilities1. Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting2. Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.3. Support general Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Network, Mobile Devices) and Software included Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Windows Server and Active Directory also SAP5. Communicate and liaison with other parties to get the job done Job Requirements 1. Bachelor Degree / Diploma Holder2. 2 yrs + experience in IT Service Desk, IT Support or any related IT field3. Can work in Shift4. Good English both speaking and writing.
