Job Description

Responsibilities


1. Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting

2. Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.

3. Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer day-to-day problem

4. Support general Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Network, Mobile Devices) and Software included Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Exchange Windows Server and Active Directory also SAP

5. Communicate and liaison with other parties to get the job done

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree / Diploma Holder

2. 2 yrs + experience in IT Service Desk, IT Support or any related IT field

3. Can work in Shift

4. Good English both speaking and writing.
