Job Description

We are searching for an individual, who can identify with our mission, who has a strong passion
for sales, to achieve goals & market shares, and who will contribute more, than what we are
asking for. Additionally, this person should be ambitious, have an innate desire to learn, improve
himself, and to add value to the projects and tasks working on. 

Your key tasks:
  • Establishment of first contacts and acquisition of new customers in South East Asia Present Dallmeier as a high-tech company and attractive employer
  • Present our products and services
  • Development, building and securing of lasting customer relations
  • Identify the best activities (trade shows, exhibitions, conferences…), and communication channels (specific for our industry)
  • Expansion of market shares, observation and analysis of the market and competitive situation
  •  Develop, implement and control the defined sales strategy
  •  Develop international markets within the defined South East Asia region and report sales performance to management
  • Initiate and continuously improve activities and communication
  • Organize events, coordinate staff and external staff to implement the planned activities
Your profile:
  •  Proven experience as Sales Manager or similar, preferably with IT background
  • Knowledge of the key customers and competitors in the South East Asia region is required
  • Experience in organizing trade shows and exhibitions
  • Communicative open-minded personality with entrepreneurial thinking
  •  Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Enthusiasm and initiative for selling technical products Superior communication skills
  • Multi-task management skill
  • Native English speaker, preferred citizenship e.g. UK, US, New Zealand, Australian
